Little Elm Orthopedic & Spine Rehab offers therapy staffing to home health agencies in the Dallas/Fort Worth metroplex. We are proud to provide integrated administrative services to both our Home Health Agencies and Independent Contract Therapists.

Established in 2007, LEOSR is locally owned by Dan & April Richard, experienced Physical Therapist/Physical Therapist Assisstant. They pride themselves in providing therapists who are compassionate, love what they do and enjoy servicing the geriatric poplulation. Over the years, home health agency referrals and word of mouth have lead LEOSR to hire therapists that meet the therapist/home health agencies' needs.
